If you love to bake but don’t like spending time in the kitchen cleaning up, this is the recipe for you! Let me introduce to you my One Bowl Banana Bread! Just add all the ingredients into the bowl, mix, pour and bake! Simple and delicious!
Is Banana Bread Healthy?
I get asked this question often, and it really depends on what you put in it? I tend to think my banana recipes are on the healthier side since I never add a lot of sugar. (Tip: if your bananas are really ripe, you can get away with not adding any sugar at all) I also add chia seeds and flax seeds to give the bread more nutrients and fiber! But if you add a ton of sugar, then any recipe can be less healthy!
Can Banana Bread Be Frozen?
Yes!! This is one of the reasons why I LOVE making banana bread. You can make a few loaves, bake them off, let them cool and actually freeze them. Just wrap it up in an air-tight zip-top bag, label it and you can freeze the bread for at least 3-4 months. When you are ready to eat it, just take it out of the freezer, defroze it and devour! You can also warm it up in the microwave for 30 seconds to get the “out of the oven” feel!
