Ingredients

Protein of your choice (Beef, chicken, tofu, seafood)

Taco Seasoning

vegetable oil

Romaine Lettuce (washed, dried, chopped)

cup
Red onions, thinly sliced

cup
cherry tomatoes (sliced in half)
1
cup
Mozzarella Cheese (or any type of cheese you like)
1-2
avocados
sliced (you can use more or less depending on how big they are)
1/2
cup
sour cream
Instructions
Marinate your protein of choice in 2 tablespoon of taco seasoning. Best to leave it ovenight to marinate but a few hours will do.
In a cast iron on medium heat, heat up some oil and cook your marinated protein until cooked.
While the protein is cooking, assemble your salad in a large bowl.
Add lettuce, onions, cherry tomatoes, cheese, avocado, and sour cream to large bowl
Top with your cooked protein, toss and enjoy!
