Ingredients
  

  • 2 Granny smith apples
  • 1 tablespoon All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Melted Butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Roughly dice apples into a bowl and add 1 TBSP flour, white sugar and cinnamon. Mix to combine and set aside
  • In a microwave safe bowl, melt butter in the microwave
  • In the bowl with the butter, add, oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and brown sugar and mix to combine
  • In you loaf pan or square pan, pour apple mixture on the bottom.
  • Top with oat mixture
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the top turn slightly golden brown.
