Melted Butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F
Roughly dice apples into a bowl and add 1 TBSP flour, white sugar and cinnamon. Mix to combine and set aside
In a microwave safe bowl, melt butter in the microwave
In the bowl with the butter, add, oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and brown sugar and mix to combine
In you loaf pan or square pan, pour apple mixture on the bottom.
Top with oat mixture
Bake for 30 minutes or until the top turn slightly golden brown.
