Smoke Sockeye Salmon Sushi Hand Rolls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package (227 grams) SeaChange Smoked Sockeye Salmon
  • 1/2 cucumber (sliced thinly)
  • 1/2 carrot (sliced thinly)
  • 1/2 red pepper (sliced thinly)
  • 1/2 avocado (sliced thinly)
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 pieces nori sheets (each sheet cut into halves)

Instructions
 

  • Cook your rice ahead of time and let is cool (You can even cook it the night before and cool in the fridge over night)
  • Get all your ingredients chopped and ready so you can assemble your rolls nice and quickly! (Slice cucumber, carrot, red pepper, and avocado)
  • Cut nori sheets in half
  • Add rice to the nori sheet, and your veggies and smoked salmon. TIP: Don't overdo the toppings as much as you want it. You won't be able to roll it up and the nori might rip.
  • Roll the filled nori diagonally until you get a nice cone shaped hand roll
  • You can serve with wasabi, soy sauce or some spicy mayo if you like!
