Split up chia seeds into 4 small mason jars
Split up milk into the 4 mason jars on top of the chia seeds and stir. (Add agave, honey or syrup at this point if you want to sweeten it up)
Close the mason jars and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight
In the morning, cut a few strawberries and top chia pudding. Add chocolate shaving if you like.
