chocolate strawberry chia pudding

Easy & Healthy Chia Seed Pudding

  • 1 1/2 cup milk of your choice
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • fresh strawberries (or your fav fruits)
  • chocolate shaving (Optional)
  • 1 tsp agave, honey or syrup (Optional)


  • Split up chia seeds into 4 small mason jars
  • Split up milk into the 4 mason jars on top of the chia seeds and stir. (Add agave, honey or syrup at this point if you want to sweeten it up)
  • Close the mason jars and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight
  • In the morning, cut a few strawberries and top chia pudding. Add chocolate shaving if you like.
