Rishi Tea: Dandelion Detox Tea Oatmeal Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 TBSP Rishi Dandelion Detox Tea (Steeped for 5 minutes)
  • 1 cup oatmeal

Toppings

  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 tsp chia seeds
  • 5 Almonds
  • 1 slice Candied lemon wedge (Optional)

Instructions
 

  • Steep 2 cups of water with Rishi Dandelion Dextox tea and let steep for 5 minutes
  • Strain tea and reserve tea to make oatmeal
  • In a medium sized pot, bring tea to a bowl and add oatmeal. Let cook for about 5 minutes
  • Serve with toppings of your choice (blueberries, almonds, chia seeds and candied lemon)
