- 3 Ripe Bananas
- 2 TBSP White Sugar
- 1/3 cup melted unsalted butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 TBSP chia seeds
- 1 TBSP flax seeds
- 1 Large egg
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips Optional
Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix to combine
Pre-heat oven to 350F
Pour banana bread mixture into a loaf pan
Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the middle of the loaf.
