One Bowl Banana Bread

Quick, Easy and Delicious One Bowl Banana Bread!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Ripe Bananas
  • 2 TBSP White Sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 TBSP chia seeds
  • 1 TBSP flax seeds
  • 1 Large egg
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips Optional

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix to combine
  • Pre-heat oven to 350F
  • Pour banana bread mixture into a loaf pan
  • Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the middle of the loaf.
