Marinate salmon with a little light soy sauce and sesame oil
Cook Salmon in oven set at 350 F for about 7 minutes (timing might be different if your salmon is thicker or thinner. Use your discretion and check)
In a large bowl, assemble bowl with a bed of rice
On top of rice, add imitation crab, carrots, cucumbers, bell pepper, edamame and cooked salmon
In a small bowl, mix together light soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, and sugar. Pour over poke bowl or dip ingredients into the soy sauce mixture as you eat!
