Homemade Poke Bowls

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1/4 cup imitation crab shredded
  • 1/2 cubed carrots
  • 1/2 cubed cucumbers
  • 1 yellow bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup edamame
  • 2 oz salmon (Marinate salmon with soy and sesame seed oil before cooking)
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 3 drops sesame sauce
  • 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp white sugar

Instructions
 

  • Marinate salmon with a little light soy sauce and sesame oil
  • Cook Salmon in oven set at 350 F for about 7 minutes (timing might be different if your salmon is thicker or thinner. Use your discretion and check)
  • In a large bowl, assemble bowl with a bed of rice
  • On top of rice, add imitation crab, carrots, cucumbers, bell pepper, edamame and cooked salmon
  • In a small bowl, mix together light soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, and sugar. Pour over poke bowl or dip ingredients into the soy sauce mixture as you eat!
